All items sold by 34th St Ornaments are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted

Each ornament is created by hand using real oyster shells, resulting in natural variations in shape, texture, and size. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
